SDP Consulting Inc. provides comprehensive planning, pre-construction services, construction management, and general contracting service throughout North America and the Globe. Specializing in complex program management we provide services throughout the process from site review and selection to close out documentation and facility licensing. We provide turnkey service to allowing our clients to focus on their business and operations without the distractions of this process.
Construction Management (CM)
We offer Construction Management services in two different delivery methods. Our teams are established to achieve your project focus and goals.
As the Owners Representative, we can provide the CM tools and administrative oversight for your project as your direct agent implemented through our Program Management services; whether your project is owner’s construction, Design/bid/build or Design/Build turnkey.
As
Construction Manager (CM), as your CM we can provide assurance that the project will be on track, on time and on budget, and all goals are accomplished. Our experience in building intricate designed
structures for 40 years, we understand the way to do it. As your CM we bring this knowledge to the project on your behalf.

Pre-construction Services – Alternates review & selection, conceptual design, estimating, feasibility study, financial analysis, procurement management, quality control plan development, safety plan development & administration, scheduling, small/MBE/WBE program development, site layout & selection, risk evaluation, and value engineering.
Construction & Field Services – General Contracting, constructability studies, logistics expediting, procurement, subcontractor selection and management, QC/QC (NQA-1), safety oversight, validation, startup, commissioning and maintenance & operations.
Construction Management Deliverables – Administration, budget preparation & cost estimating, materials management, and scheduling.
Procurement Services – provide sourcing of equipment and materials. Design, fabricate and installation of specialized equipment (Production & Packaging), to include contract administration, leasing, validation, commissioning/testing, servicing and logistics/warehousing.
SDP Facilities Management, Inc. provides comprehensive facility and operations support by developing and implementing preventative maintenance and inspection plans to ensure your business operations, facilities, infrastructure and equipment are kept in the best possible condition. Our services are performed with union craft and manufactures technicians, on scheduled maintenance plans and 24 hour emergency service call. We provide the best value for keeping your operations running smoothly and efficiently. By allowing us to handle these distractions, you can fully focus on what you do best.
