COMPANY PROFILE

The company was originally founded as Southern Development Partners, LLC in 2005 as a part time construction consulting company. Eventually becoming SDP, Inc (a Q Election Corp Holding Company), July of 2012 in the State of Tennessee, with three (3) subsidiaries as (S Corps). The Companies are as follows: SDP Consulting, Inc., SDP Facilities, Inc. and NAP International. SDP, Inc., and its family of companies main offices are located located in Miramar, FL and Chattanooga, TN, with additional satellite offices in California, Indiana, and Florida as well as Toronto, Ontario and Vancouver. SDP, Inc. is a Nationally Certified Woman Owned Small Business Enterprise.

SDP has assembled a small but high performing team of professionals with extensive knowledge and expertise in project management, engineering design, procurement and contract administration. In addition we are signatory to a number of union labor contracts that support our industry. The company has a strong network of suppliers and vendor’s, in addition to proprietary agreements with a number of these pipeline sources. These collective resources support our efforts in North America.

Procurement sourcing, bidding and RFP management of supply needs and services. Construction and general equipment rental.

Facility management and maintenance utilizing union craft and specialized equipment technicians.

Contract administration, professional staff augmentation, market analysis, site selection, building acquisition, financing solicitation, and government incentive package procurement.
