Tom Kral

Senior Vice President and COO of SDP, Inc.

As Vice President and COO Tom has responsibility for the Business Administration of SDP, Inc., and the three subsidiary companies. Tom brings thirty-five years’ experience in increasingly challenging positions in design, construction project management, business development, procurement, facility management & maintenance and land development. A qualified and well-trained professional recognized for leadership, work ethic and successful completion of projects. He is an organized professional able to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and who is recognized for containing costs, meeting strict schedules and earning profits. Since 2011 he has been SDP Inc.’s North American national manager for business development and visionary for corporate market direction and strategy.

Sue Kral

President and Secretary of SDP, Inc.

As president and CEO Sue has responsibility for the business administration of SDP and its three subsidiaries, SDP Facilities, SDP Consulting, and NAP Inc. She has had many years of managing both people and finances through her work coordinating and managing programs both here in Tennessee at the Creative Discovery Museum and in California managing a district library system building new libraries and managing government grants. Here at SDP she manages all employee benefits, insurance contracts, payroll and day to day billing. IT is her responsibility to insure the companies are on a good path fiscally through the ups and downs of each year.

Daniel Kral

Vice President and CEO of SDP, Inc.

Daniel comes to SDP with seventeen years of construction management experience. His responsibilities and experience are in project management, overall supervision, contract management, sub-contractor management, and overall project execution from design development and owner review, through implementation, execution, and turnover of completed project. He previously managed all aspects of a design build project executed inside the Y-12 Facility in Oak Ridge, Tennessee as well as acted as the owner’s representative for the 21st in Chattanooga, TN. Daniel is the principal in charge of present construction management projects underway around the country for SDP Inc. and all its subsidiaries.

Kathy Kulisek

CPA – Chief Financial Officer

Kathy is the CFO of the parent company with three subsidiaries as well as the stand alone veteran company, SDP Procurement of TN. Responsible for all aspects of the financial reporting, accounting and payroll functions. Consolidates all accounting and finance functions to the corporate divisions. She develops, implements, and monitors corporate policies and procedures. Responsible for Holding Company and subsidiaries tax returns. She consults with all members of the companies to assist in decision making and review of future plans. She is responsible for the client quarterly financial review to assess business trends, risks, and opportunities. Preparation of SDP business plans, budgets and bank reporting.

David Allyn Kulisek

CPA – Controller

David is the controller of the parent company and three subsidiaries. Manages all finance and accounting operations. Prepares and publishes quarterly consolidated financial statements. Prepares operational budgets and financial forecasts. Develops and implements business processes and accounting policies. Ensures quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.

Adam Miller

Director of Project Administration

Adam is an effective corporate manager with a civil engineering degree and fifteen years of experience handling all aspects of construction from concept through completion; conducted feasibility studies, written scopes of work, developed estimates and budgets, written and executed contracts, managed all pre-construction activities, managed construction, and completed project closeout. Adam is responsible for project coordination and scheduling as well as estimating and quality control for all projects. Adam functions as a key team member providing the link between all levels of management.

Thomas P Kral

Safety Officer

Thomas has Seven years’ experience in safety and training. He is skilled in troubleshooting, safety observation and problem resolution. Experienced in training and supervising operators in forklift operations, all safety functions and standard operating procedure (SOP) related training. Additionally Tom is a heavy equipment operator and tractor trailer driver. Thomas also assists with management of the corporate office and upkeep of all vehicles.

Terry Miller

Consulting Project Manager - Indianapolis USDC warehouse

Terry is a consultant who is responsible for site management and overall supervision of all outside work performed on site. He manages all sub-contractors and project execution and implementation of all changes and repairs on site. He comes to SDP Facilities with many years’ experience in the field with an ability to work with a team that is invaluable to SDP’s Facility Management Policy.
